SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with HLF Packaging.

Because most of our products are custom-made, shipping times may vary depending on the product type, quantity, material, finishing options, and production complexity.

Order processing
Orders are processed after final artwork, specifications, and order details have been reviewed and approved. Production does not begin until final approval is received.

Production time
Production lead time varies by order. Estimated production timelines are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Shipping methods
We select shipping methods based on the size, weight, destination, delivery requirements, and nature of the order. We may use courier services, air freight, sea freight, or other appropriate logistics solutions.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated. Final shipping costs may depend on:
- destination
- package dimensions
- shipment weight
- shipping method
- customs-related requirements

Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, peak season congestion, local delivery conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping destinations
We currently focus on serving customers in the United States. Orders to other regions may be accepted at our discretion.

Address accuracy
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Customs, duties, and taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damaged shipments
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and contact us within 7 calendar days if your order arrives damaged. To report shipping damage, please email admin@hlfpackaging.com with:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged goods
- photos of the shipping carton and shipping label, if applicable

Risk of loss
Risk of loss and title for goods pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
