These terms apply to use of this website and to B2B custom paper packaging, printed paper products, book, card, and paper engineering inquiries submitted to HLF Packaging.
This website is primarily for B2B RFQ, file upload, factory review, quotation, sample planning, and production communication. Information on the website is for general product and capability reference. Final price, payment terms, lead time, and shipping terms require written confirmation from HLF Packaging.
Quotes depend on dimensions, quantity, material, paper type, printing, finishing, paper engineering complexity, file readiness, sample requirements, destination, and shipping terms. A quote is not binding until confirmed in writing with the final specification, payment method, and production plan.
Customers are responsible for having the right to use submitted logos, artwork, photos, dielines, designs, text, trademarks, and other intellectual property. HLF Packaging may refuse projects that appear to infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
Custom packaging and printed paper products may require samples, digital proofs, or file checks before mass production. Minor tolerances may occur in paper color, print color, cutting, folding, gluing, dimensions, and finishing. Exact tolerance terms should be confirmed in the final quotation or production agreement.
Production, proofing, sample work, material purchasing, and file preparation may start only after the agreed payment or deposit is received. Payment records may be connected to a Quote ID or Project ID for tracking.
Changes to size, quantity, material, artwork, dieline, finish, structure, schedule, or destination may affect price and lead time. Changes after proofing, sampling, material purchase, or production start may require additional fees.
