HLF Packaging policy

Shipping policy

Last updated: 2026-05-09

Shipping terms for B2B custom projects are confirmed after factory review, quotation, sample planning, and destination details.

Shipping is quoted per project

Shipping for custom paper packaging and printed paper products is quoted based on destination, carton count, weight, volume, schedule, shipping method, and agreed trade terms. Website examples are not final shipping quotes.

Lead time

Lead time depends on specification review, file readiness, sample or proofing requirements, material availability, production schedule, QC, packing, export arrangement, and carrier transit time. Complex books, pop-up books, and paper engineering projects may require longer sampling and production timelines.

Shipping methods

Depending on project size and destination, shipments may use express courier, air freight, sea freight, or customer-arranged forwarding. The final method should be confirmed before payment or production scheduling.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Import duties, customs clearance, taxes, local delivery charges, and destination compliance requirements are generally the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking information is available, HLF Packaging will share the carrier, tracking number, tracking URL, shipped date, and related shipment details. Carrier updates and destination delivery timing may vary.

Transit damage

If a shipment appears damaged, keep the outer cartons, inner packaging, labels, photos, and videos. Contact HLF Packaging promptly so we can review the issue with the carrier, forwarder, or factory packing record.
