REFUND POLICY

At HLF Packaging, most of our products are custom-made according to your approved artwork, specifications, and order details. Because of the nature of custom packaging, all sales are generally final once production has started.

Returns
We do not accept general returns for custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products.

To be eligible for any return consideration, you must contact us first at admin@hlfpackaging.com. Please note that returns will only be accepted if they are authorized by us in writing. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If a return is exceptionally approved, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging where applicable, and you may be asked to provide proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, and no later than 7 calendar days after delivery, if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if the product is materially inconsistent with the final approved artwork or confirmed specifications, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report an issue, please contact us at admin@hlfpackaging.com and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the product
- clear photos of the packaging and shipping label, if applicable

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- custom products (such as special orders, made-to-order packaging, and personalized items)
- orders that have entered production after artwork approval
- sale items
- gift cards, if applicable

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before final artwork approval and before production begins.

Once final artwork, specifications, and order details have been approved, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except in cases of confirmed quality issues, production defects, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors.

Exchanges
Because our products are primarily custom-made, we do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an approved issue with your order, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, reprint, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your claim and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

In some approved cases, we may resolve the issue without requiring the item to be returned. Whether a return is required will be determined by us on a case-by-case basis.

Return shipping costs
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. We do not generally cover international return shipping costs for non-quality-related issues.
