Factory review FAQ

Clear answers before you submit an RFQ

Can HLF review a project without a finished dieline?

Yes. Describe what needs to be packed or produced, provide approximate dimensions and quantity, and upload reference photos or samples where available. The factory can review a practical next step.

Can I send an existing dieline or artwork package?

Yes. Upload existing production files, artwork, PDFs, drawings, or reference images through the RFQ form so the factory can review them.

What determines the final quote and schedule?

Dimensions, material, quantity, printing, finishing, sample requirements, project complexity, destination, and shipping terms are reviewed before a written quotation is confirmed.
